Anousha is a co-founder and partner of Trinity Legal. She is a barrister who has specialised in providing legal services in the global business sector in Mauritius and in cross border financing transactions and securities regulation. She has regularly advised, often on instructions from magic circle and other large law firms, leading global investment banks and other financial institutions with respect to multi-million dollar syndicated or bi-lateral facilities, on corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, credit financing, debt restructuring and equity financing in the global business sector. Anousha also has expertise on the enforcement of various securities available across the jurisdiction of Mauritius. 

Anousha was a partner at TM&S Gujadhur Chambers, a leading offshore law firm in Mauritius with a particular focus on corporate, commercial and business law. She has a wealth of experience in providing legal training, heading financing deals as the lead counsel in Mauritius, liaising with various stakeholders and advising clients with huge portfolios on general matters of Mauritius law to deliver strong strategic results in compliance with the laws. Anousha also has increasingly been advising on a range of financial products including investment funds, hedge funds and mutual funds as well as in the field of fintech.
