Nutanesh is a co-founder and partner of Trinity Legal. He is qualified as an attorney in Mauritius, where he is involved in all spheres of law.  Nutanesh is known for his responsiveness, proactivity and dedication to his clients. He has a strong track record of producing positive results as swiftly and cost effectively as possible. He is specialised in international commercial law with an emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions, International Banking and Securities Regulation, Corporate Law and Economic Activity, International Taxation, International Trade, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Nutanesh’s professional practice is primarily geared towards civil, corporate, and commercial law. He is also increasingly instructed in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Nutanesh has been involved in all areas of litigation before the Mauritian Courts and has developed an extensive knowledge of the laws in banking, commercial and insolvency disputes. With his substantial experience representing clients at all court levels, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, Nutanesh has also acted for a client before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in England. Nutanesh has acted in a wide range of high-profile legal proceedings and has extensive experience handling cases with international elements in asset-recovery proceedings, insolvency proceedings, and the execution and enforcement of security instruments, amongst others.
